Irvings Farm Fresh Ltd is a small family run business, specializing in artisan pork products. Our philosophy is to produce tasty, nutritious pork products with full traceability from farm to fork.

We raise a small herd of Free Range purebred Berkshire pigs, and offer a full selection of cuts, which are carefully prepared by us in our modern processing facility situated on our farm. We also buy locally grown pork to supplement production of a full range of fresh premium pork sausages, back bacon, side bacon, hams, and other specialty pork products. Our meat production facility does not use any gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy or shellfish. We also do not use MSG, artificial colours or flavours in any products. All of our pork is raised without the use of added Antibiotics, Hormones or Steroids.

We take great pride in preparing our products - and offer full quality assurance and traceability in everything we do.
Our farm is located 1 hour SE of Edmonton near the hamlet of Round Hill, Alberta.
